Orders can now be picked up, parking is limited, please park in any sight with the number '74' on it or in the visitor parking.  We are in the "Industrial Park on Durham" between Durham Hall (historic school house) and Tigard High School.  Orders can also be processed by phone, fax, email or through our secure online shopping website. How can I reduce the chances of contamination when I bake for my celiac family members?
Remember to use clean equipment, ingredients and tools in preparing gluten-free products. If there is even a remote chance that wheat (crumbs or flour), barley, oats or rye has come in contact with ingredients you use from your home, do not use them when baking for a celiac.
